Yet you starve yourself (yes, eating less than 800 cals example is starving yourself) and then you end up binging, claiming you had a binge week or eat since monday?
You're binging because you are eating too little. And you'll probably gain weight because of your calorie deficit. So, if you want to reach 110, then eat more than 1000 cals, exercise 3x per week, and drink tons of water. I guarantee you that the weight will melt off. Starving yourself is not the solution.
And PS, anorexia is not a fashion trend, it's a mental and physical disorder. I recommend psychological help and counseling. It's not something to be proud of. It's sick and very sad. Please get help. The results of anorexia may seem great in the beginning but will be terrible for your health later on. AND DON'T FAST. IT'S NOT GOING TO HELP.
